**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced **Customer Care Executive** with excellent communication skills in **French, German, and English** to connect with our international clients. The role involves cold calling, lead generation, and client engagement to promote our Web, Mobile, and AI services.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Conduct cold calls to international clients (Europe, USA, and other regions).**:

- Present and promote IT services (Web, Mobile, and AI solutions) to potential clients.
- Generate leads and set up qualified meetings for the business development team.
- Understand client requirements and provide initial information about services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term engagement.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and interactions in CRM tools.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- 2-3 years of experience in international cold calling / customer care / inside sales.
- Fluency in **French or German, and English** (mandatory).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a confident phone presence.
- Experience in IT services sales (Web, Mobile, or AI solutions) will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
