Role Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and tech-savvy Digital Marketing Executive who can take charge of our entire digital presence - from creating engaging content and eye-catching designs to managing ad campaigns and optimizing our online visibility.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, understands healthcare marketing nuances, and can turn ideas into impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Content & Design
- Create and edit high-quality videos (reels, testimonials, educational content, before-after cases) for social media and campaigns.
- Design graphics, banners, brochures, and social media creatives aligned with our brand identity.
- Write engaging and SEO-friendly content for website pages, blogs, and social media posts.

SEO & Web Presence
- Perform on-page and off-page SEO for our website to improve search rankings.
- Optimize our Google Business Profile for better visibility and patient engagement.

Advertising & Campaigns
- Plan, execute, and monitor Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads campaigns for lead generation.
- Create funnels and high-converting landing pages to maximize patient inquiries and conversions.

Performance Tracking
- Track campaign performance, generate reports, and optimize strategies for better ROI.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools to keep our brand ahead.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in digital marketing with hands-on skills in video editing, graphic designing, content writing, SEO, and ad management.
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects, Photoshop / Canva, WordPress / Webflow, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of healthcare or service-based business marketing (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
