We are seeking a highly motivated and well-organized Lead Digital Marketing Professional who excels at strategizing, executing, and optimizing digital initiatives.- The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of digital channels, audience engagement, campaign performance, and brand growth through data-driven marketing.Key Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.- Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns across digital channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and performance marketing.- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing objectives with business goals.- Lead, mentor, and guide the digital marketing team to achieve exceptional performance and deliver measurable outcomes.- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and digital analytics to improve campaign efficiency and marketing ROI.- Manage marketing budgets, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.- Identify new digital opportunities, tools, and technologies to enhance brand presence and customer Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).- Master's preferred.- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of digital platforms and performance metrics.- Proven experience in planning and scaling digital campaigns and marketing initiatives.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.- Experience leading, mentoring, or managing teams is a strong advantage.
