Digital Marketing Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Digital Strategy Development**:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, insights, and target audiences.
- **Content Marketing**:
- Develop and oversee the creation of engaging and shareable content, including blogs, videos, infographics, and social media posts.
- Optimize content for SEO and user engagement.
- **Social Media Management**:
- Manage company profiles on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Create and schedule posts, monitor engagement, and analyze performance metrics.
- **Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Marketing (SEM)**:
- Perform keyword research and optimize website content for search engines.
- Manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and track performance.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:
- Use tools like Google Analytics to monitor website traffic and campaign performance.
- Prepare reports with actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing or similar role.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management platforms.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and creative skills.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
- Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads Certification).
