**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**:

- Assist in developing, curating, and scheduling engaging content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create visual content such as graphics, photos, and videos using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other relevant software.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all platforms.
- Track social media trends, hashtags, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Measure and report the performance of social media campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or native platform insights.
- Analyze data to identify trends, audience behavior, and areas for improvement.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Build and foster relationships with followers and influencers.
- Participate in online conversations to enhance community engagement and brand loyalty.
- **Campaign Support**:

- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and promotions.
- Research and recommend new ideas for improving social media strategy and reach.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills are a plus.
- Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
