MKR Techsoft Pvt. Ltd. is a rapidly growing digital marketing and IT solutions company, working with clients across India, USA, Canada, Europe, and UAE. We specialize in SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Ads, Website Development, Lead Generation, and Conversion Optimization.

We are expanding our Digital Marketing team and looking for Digital Marketing Managers who can manage end-to-end digital marketing projects, lead a team, and ensure measurable results to clients.

Key Responsibilities1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop, plan, and execute digital marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email Marketing, Content Strategy).
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Campaigns.
  • Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, ad copy creation, and landing page improvement.
  • Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other tools.

2. Project Management

  • Take ownership of multiple digital marketing projects from planning to performance delivery.
  • Maintain project timelines, task delegations, and monthly deliverables.
  • Track KPIs and ensure timely reporting and results as committed to clients.
  • Prepare monthly progress reports including insights and improvement recommendations.

3. Team Management

  • Lead and mentor a team of SEO Executives, Content Writers, Designers, and PPC Specialists.
  • Assign tasks, review deliverables, and ensure quality of work.
  • Conduct weekly internal team meetings to review performance and targets.

4. Client Communication & Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the client and internal team.
  • Conduct client meetings (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) to discuss strategy, results, and action plans.
  • Translate client requirements into actionable tasks and ensure execution.
  • Maintain high client satisfaction and ensure renewal of contracts.

Requirements / Skills Needed

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with
    proven results
    .
  • Strong knowledge of:
  • ✓ SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical SEO)
  • ✓ Google Ads / Search Ads / Display Ads
  • ✓ Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram marketing)
  • ✓ Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console
  • ✓ Keyword research and content planning
  • Experience in managing a team of at least 3–8 members.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (English must be professional).
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret data and optimize performance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Google Ads / Google Analytics certification (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Experience working with international clients (USA, Canada, UAE, or Europe)
  • Understanding of lead generation funnels and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)

KPI / Performance Metrics

  • Increased organic traffic for SEO clients
  • Reduction in CPA and improvement in ROAS for ad campaigns
  • Client satisfaction ratings and project renewals
  • Timely delivery of marketing plans and reports
