We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales team, build strong customer relationships, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in managing sales operations, planning marketing strategies, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
  • Identify and build new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and digital platforms.
  • Manage relationships with distributors, retailers, corporate clients, and channel partners.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to drive decision-making.
  • Plan marketing campaigns, product promotions, and digital marketing activities.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and business presentations.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve customer queries efficiently.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹25,000.00 per month
