**Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month + PF + Incentives
**Reports to**: F&B Manager / Sales Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads and convert them into F&B bookings (banquets, corporate events, private parties, etc.)
- Promote and upsell hotel restaurants, bars, and in-room dining offers to hotel guests and walk-ins
- Coordinate with the F&B operations team for seamless event execution
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and local businesses
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall F&B revenue
- Assist in the development of seasonal and promotional campaigns to boost sales
- Maintain sales reports, track performance, and report to management regularly
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the hotel's F&B offerings

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hotel F&B Sales or Banquet Sales
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English and local language)
- Knowledge of F&B operations and basic costing
- Client-focused with a passion for hospitality and service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Well-groomed, presentable, and professional demeanor
