Key Responsibilities- Ensure efficient administration of tasks and duties, upholding the highest standards of productivity and quality.
- Provide exceptional customer service by fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Executive Chef, F&B Manager, Materials Manager, and team members.
- Deliver accurate and timely financial reports, ensuring seamless movement of goods within the hotel and adherence to established procedures.
- Analyze variances in costs and inventory management, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing comprehensive cost reports for management analysis and decision-making.
- Verifying duty meals and entertainment checks, adhering to hotel protocols and preparing a daily audit report for approval.
- Closely monitoring food and beverage sales reconciliation against POS Sales reports, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
- Collaborating with Income Auditor, F&B, and Materials to ensure robust controls and processes.
Purpose of this Role
This role will be responsible for overseeing the hotel's F&B operations, optimizing resource utilization and minimizing costs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
