**WORK HOURS: 6:30PM TO 4:30AM IST (MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY)**

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
The Recruitment Program Coordinator is responsible for delivery on the day to day operations of our Managed Service Provider (MSP) / Vendor Management Systems (VMS) programs. The position reports to the Company President and will require daily interaction with multiple client, vendor, and corporate stakeholders.
- Works with a team of recruiting professionals to coordinate program activities between MSP account coordinators and Client Executives.
- Responsible for meeting client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for response time and customer service.
- Serves as a point of escalation for junior staff members to resolve issues within contractual Service Level Agreement deadlines
- Reviews and provides quality assurance to staffing Requisitions and distributes to recruiters daily/real-time.
- Responsible for preparation, processing, and submission of resumes to multiple VMS tools including Fieldglass, WAND, Beeline, etc.
- Provides training to resources on the process when required.
- Maintains program statistics and distribute metrics reports on a weekly and monthly basis
- Assists in resolving conflicts between client and suppliers with a focus on serving both parties as partners
- Pursues opportunities to raise our profile within the client as appropriate
- Assumes responsibility for special projects as assigned

**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:

- Four or more years’ experience in Staffing & Recruiting industry, preferably US or international markets.
- One or more-years’ experience in a leadership, management, coordination or supervision role.
- Willing to working US shift from our Ahmedabad facility.
- Experience using Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams.
- Excellent English reading, writing and phone-skills.
- This role requires attention to detail, analysis and writing skills.
