Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (On-site)

Role: Recruitment Consultant / Junior Recruitment Consultant

Shift: Out of Hours (Rotational shift – timing may vary based on client needs, e.g. 3 PM to 1 AM). Please note this role includes weekday offs instead of weekends.

What You'll Do:

  • Source and recruit qualified candidates from job boards, portals, and professional networks
  • Screen applicants to match client requirements
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to close positions efficiently
  • Deliver a great candidate experience throughout the process

What We're Looking For:

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 0.6 – 3 years of recruitment or BPO/KPO/voice process experience (international exposure preferred)
  • Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Ability to multitask, build networks, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of MS Office & internet research
