- Analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies aligned with company objectives and market conditions.
- **Technical Expertise**:
- Providing technical support to customers regarding product selection, usage, and troubleshooting
- Staying updated on industry regulations and safety standards related to chemical handling
- **Marketing Support**:
- Collaborating with marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and materials to promote products and generate leads
- Participating in trade shows and industry events to showcase products and network with potential customers
- Creating and delivering customer presentations highlighting product benefits and value proposition
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Proven sales experience in the chemical industry, preferably with a track record of exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with customers
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Strong analytical skills to identify market trends and develop sales strategies
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
