**Role Description**

We are currently looking for a reliable and hands-on **Project Site Supervisor** to oversee and manage our project execution at various sites. The Sit Supervisor will be responsible for:

- Supervise day-to-day activities at the site to ensure smooth project execution

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in site supervision (interior or construction projects)
- Basic understanding of design drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and vendors simultaneously
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus
- Willingness to travel locally for site visits
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, designers, and clients as per project plans
- Ensure work is done according to design specifications, drawings, and quality standards
- Monitor material usage, delivery, and site inventory
- Track work progress and maintain project timelines and deadlines
- Resolve on-site issues and report daily updates to the management team
- Ensure safety compliance and proper conduct at the site
- Maintain documentation of labor attendance, materials used, and site conditions
