**Annual Salary Expectation: DOE**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Team Management**: Supervise and lead a team of production staff, including machine operators, technicians, and quality control inspectors.
- **Production Oversight**: Monitor and manage the production process to ensure timely completion of orders while maintaining quality standards and adhering to production schedules.
- **Resource Allocation**: Allocate resources efficiently, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to optimize production output and minimize downtime.
- **Quality Assurance**: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that all products meet quality standards and customer requirements.
- **Training and Development**: Provide training and guidance to production staff to enhance their skills and capabilities, ensuring a high level of performance and productivity.
- **Safety Compliance**: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
- **Inventory Management**: Oversee inventory levels and replenishment, coordinating with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure adequate stock availability for production.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction, implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and profitability.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the printing or manufacturing industry, with demonstrated leadership abilities.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Understanding of printing processes and equipment, including label printing machinery, printing techniques, and quality control measures.
- **Team Leadership**: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve production targets and quality goals.
- **Problem-solving**: Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to address production issues and implement corrective actions in a timely manner.
- **Organizational Skills**: Effective organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- **Communication Skills**: Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey instructions and information to production staff.
- **Adaptability**: Flexibility to adapt to changing production requirements and operational needs, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- **Safety Consciousness**: Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and promoting a culture of safety among production staff.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
