Safety Supervisor

We are seeking a **Safety Supervisor** with a **Diploma in Fire and Safety** and at least **2 years of construction industry experience**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper use of PPE on-site.
- Implement and monitor Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) guidelines.
- Conduct daily toolbox talks and safety training for site labor.
- Investigate accidents and conduct risk assessments to prevent future incidents.
- Perform safety audits, gap analysis, and lead mock drills.
- Maintain Occupational Health Center requirements and fire emergency preparedness.
- Coordinate with contractors and project managers on safety matters.
- Maintain and ensure all safety documentation is in order.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Fire and Safety.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
- Knowledge of safety regulations under The Factories Act.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
