**Job Description of Safety Supervisor/Sr. Executive-EHS**

**Hiring of Safety Supervisor for one of Manufacturing Client**

**Job Location: Greater Noida**

**6 Days Working**

**Detailed Responsibilities: -**

Ø Support in preparation & Implementation of industrial Hygiene, chemical safety (handling & storage) & record keeping and documentation of EHS related work.

Ø EHS related procedures, OCP, aspect impact, audit.

Ø Support in up keeping of ETP monitoring data-records & smooth operation.

Ø Conducting risk analysis and ensuring the proper solution to avoid the risk & hazard.

Ø Workplace inspections, inspections of machines, lifting tools and other equipment’s to ensure safe working.

Ø Ensuring contractor’s safety programme.

Ø Responsible for Work Permit System & Maintenance of Fire Safety equipment at site.

Ø Should be able to give training to all employees for Fire Extinguishers, Fire Hydrant system and SCBA set independently.

Ø Observe and report Unsafe Conditions & Acts.

Ø Maintain all fire equipment at site w.r.t to refilling and maintenance.

Ø Conduct fire drill, mock drill, etc. as per statutory norms.

Ø Responsible for attending first aid injuries at site.

Ø Maintenance of all OHC equipment & first aid medicine.

Ø Maintaining stock of Personal Protective Equipment.

Ø Safety induction to new joiner.

Ø Will coordinate for Safety Committee Meeting, Tool Box talk, etc.

Ø Participate in Safety Audits, third party customer audits, Safety week celebration, etc.

Ø Process safety knowledge HAZOP, PSSR, HIRA, JSA.

Ø Chemical compability knowledge with safe handling and storage knowledge.

Ø Hazardous waste management system.

Ø Root cause analysis of environmental deviation & its corrective action.

Ø To provide EHS Training and made PPT slide & SOP Training

Ø Preparation & review of departmental SOP

**Desired Profile**:
**Ø Diploma in Chemicals / B.Sc / M.Sc / BE / B.Tech (Chemical) with 3 to 6 years’ experience in Safety / EHS department with any Chemical / Agrochemical / Pigment / Dyes manufacturing companies.**

**Ø Certificate Course / Diploma in Fire Safety would be added advantage.**

**Ø Must have very good communication skills in English.**

**Ø Good Team Handling Ability and Good Team Player**

**Ø Should have 3-5 Years experience in Chemical or Mechanical industries.**

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
