- Forming reports based on customer satisfaction statistics and helping the team to develop new skills

**ESSENTIAL SKILLS**:Empathy, Clear Communication Skills, Problem-solving approach, Persuasive speaking skills, Adaptability, Positive Language, Self-Control, Taking responsibility, Patience.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:Graduate of any discipline
**LANGUAGES**:Proficient in English, Tamil. Hindi / other South Indian languages will be an added advantage.
**EXPERIENCE**:One to five years relevant experience in call centre / customer support functions with high level of digital literacy including social media.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
