We are seeking an experienced Executive Customer Service to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and a passion for helping customers resolve their issues. Responsibilities
  • Manage customer inquiries and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and enhance customer experience.
  • Provide feedback on customer service trends and areas for improvement.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 4-10 years of experience in customer service or related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and CRM systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
