Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee general office operations, including housekeeping, facility management, and vendor coordination.
Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring availability and timely procurement.
Coordinate travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and logistics for employees and guests.
Support in organizing internal meetings, events, and other administrative functions.
Maintain documentation and filing systems (both physical and digital).
Act as the point of contact for visitors, vendors, and courier services.
Ensure office maintenance, security, and compliance with company protocols.
Assist with basic support for HR/Admin documentation and MIS reporting.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time management abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
Professional attitude and customer service orientation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
Prior experience in administrative roles within a corporate setup.
