
Administration Officer

**Key Responsibilities**:
Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
Supervise and support administrative staff in their daily tasks.
Organize and maintain company records, documents, and files (physical and digital).
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring proper documentation and follow-ups.
Assist in recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, and maintaining HR records.
Prepare and manage budgets for office administration and related expenses.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the workplace.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
Master degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in an administrative or managerial role, preferably in the architecture or construction industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management tools.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
