**Role Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and maintain a productive work environment.
- Maintain office supplies and handle procurement as needed.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist with HR functions such as onboarding and maintaining employee records.
- Handle vendor management and liaise with service providers.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); basic accounting knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
