Create a centralized procurement strategy which will consolidate future purchases for logistics department.
- Identify and research potential new suppliers, Researches new products and services to meet department and company goal.
- Facilitate implementation of procurement change initiatives within category to improve business performance
- Compile lists of sources of procurement, to develop requests for information, quotations, proposals and invitations to bid
- Review and perform analysis of responses to solicitations, to include price comparison, conformity to statement of work, delivery terms, payment terms, and other terms and conditions of the procurement
- Negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best total value procurement.
- Finalizing rates for materials after consultations with superiors.
- Checking availability of materials with vendors, timely delivery of the same.
- Communicate and assist in managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Working alongside multiple teams including, Operations, Academic, Accounts.
- Worked with the team to prepare and update inventory at all delivery locations.
- Strong communication capabilities and ability to present to top level management required
- Preparing Monthly MIS Report.
- Vendor development and management.

**Skills**:

- Knowledge of têxtile and printing will be add on.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Powerpoint).
- Maintaining MIS and reporting.
- Negotiation skills and ability to influence people.
- Presentable and leadership skills.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge and worked on ZOHO or other ERP system.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹9,034.24 - ₹250,000.00 per month
