Job Overview

The Procurement Executive will be responsible for the end-to-end procurement process, including managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost savings and improve efficiency.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage the procurement process from initial sourcing to final payment, ensuring all necessary approvals are obtained.
  • Analyze market trends and make recommendations for future procurement activities.


Requirements

  • At least 7 years' experience in indirect and services procurement.
  • Hands-on experience in negotiating with vendors and suppliers.
  • Able to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques.
