**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**System Administration**:

- Configure and maintain BlueCherry ERP modules including **PLM, Sourcing, Inventory, Orders, and Financials**.
- Manage **user access**, role-based permissions, and **security controls**.
- Conduct system performance monitoring, health checks, and job scheduling.

**Support & Troubleshooting**:

- Provide **Tier 1/Tier 2 support** for BlueCherry ERP-related issues.
- Troubleshoot ERP problems and coordinate resolutions with **CGS vendor support** and internal IT teams.
- Support **cross-functional users** across production, sourcing, sales operations, and finance.

**Change Management & Training**:

- Participate in **ERP upgrades**, patch testing, and deployment of new modules.
- Develop and maintain **user documentation, SOPs**, and provide training for end-users.
- Lead **onboarding** of new ERP users in coordination with department stakeholders.

**Data Integrity & Reporting**:

- Monitor data integration and exchange between **PLM, WMS, EDI**, and **BI tools**.
- Audit and reconcile **master data**: styles, SKUs, vendors, customers, and pricing.
- Collaborate with analysts to deliver **ERP-driven reporting** insights.

**Required Skills**:

- 3-5 years of experience in **ERP administration**, mandatory with **BlueCherry ERP**.
- In-depth knowledge of ERP functions**:style/color/size matrix**, **inventory**, **order flows**, and **costing**.
- Strong technical skills in **SQL** and **Excel** (including **VLOOKUP, PivotTables**).
- Working knowledge of **FTP processes** and **EDI integrations**.
- Experience providing ERP support across multiple departments and working with third-party vendors.
- Clear communication skills and a **process-driven**, detail-oriented mindset.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Domain experience in the **apparel or consumer goods industry**.
- Familiarity with tools in Komar//'s ecosystem**:Power BI, BeProduct PLM, Inspectorio**, and **ChatGPT integrations**.
- Experience working in **hybrid cloud/on-prem ERP** environments.
- Comfortable managing **cross-functional teams and vendor coordination**.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor//'s degree in **Information Systems**, **Business**, or a related technical field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in ERP systems administration with a focus on **BlueCherry ERP**.
