**Job Summary**: Responsible for listing and Sales order processing and E-commerce functions. Write and edit product content that will be published on e-commerce websites/portals. Set standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**: Marketplace Management: Overseeing product listings, pricing, and promotions on various online platforms. Complete management of all online marketplace accounts. Managing Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho. Responsible for maintaining good account health, new listings, managing current listings and Rich catalogue. Sales Analysis: Monitoring and analyzing sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Responsible for the monthly sales, strong prior e-commerce experience is mandatory. Great analytical skills in AD optimization and revenue generation. Better knowledge on the Coupons, CPC, ROI, Ad campaigns, and lighting deals. Digital Marketing: Planning and executing digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and sales. **Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**: Managing customer interactions, addressing queries, and ensuring a positive online shopping experience.
**Inventory Management**:Maintain stock levels and prevent stockouts.
Data Analysis: Utilizing data analytics tools to gather insights and make informed decisions to enhance the eCommerce operation.
E-commerce Platform Maintenance:
Overseeing the functionality and appearance of the company's online store.
Competitor Analysis:
Keeping abreast of industry trends and monitoring competitor activities to stay competitive.
Performance Reporting:
Generating regular reports on key performance metrics and presenting findings to management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
