We are expanding our team and looking for a proactive E-Commerce Executive to support our operations and client success.

Role Overview:
As an E-Commerce Executive, you will be responsible for managing daily operations on online marketplaces, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring account performance is optimized to drive growth. This role is perfect for someone with basic experience in e-commerce who’s eager to learn, contribute, and grow within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize e-commerce accounts on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc., ensuring high visibility and performance.
- Handle day-to-day operations, including product listings, order processing, pricing updates, inventory tracking, and returns.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by offering consistent support and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as design, marketing, and logistics to align on campaign goals and product strategies.
- Monitor sales trends and account metrics to suggest actionable insights and improvements.
- Ensure compliance with each marketplace's policies and resolve listing or operational issues as they arise.

Qualifications:

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations or a related field.
- Familiarity with major Indian online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
- Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and other basic reporting tools.
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Commerce, Marketing, or Business preferred)
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage client expectations.

Work Schedule:
Full-Time | 6 Days a Week | On-Site Only

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
