We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic E-commerce Executive to support the smooth functioning of the e-commerce business.

**Key Responsibilities**

**E-commerce Operations**
- Manage product listings, updates, and inventory on the e-commerce website.
- Collaborate with developers for accurate product details, images, and videos for the website.
- Monitor and process online orders, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
- Respond to customer inquiries related to online purchases, providing resolutions efficiently.
- Coordinate with the team for order packing, dispatch, and delivery tracking.
- Ensure orders are dispatched on time with accurate product details.
- Communicate with logistics partners to track shipments and resolve delivery issues.
- Maintain records of dispatched and returned goods for reporting purposes.
- Assist in inventory management by updating stock levels and tracking product movement.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and basic logistics knowledge is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiasm to learn and grow in the e-commerce and logistics space.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 per month
