We are urgently looking for **Business Development Manager**for one of the **Manufacturing Industry** at **Delhi**location.

**Qualification**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: Sales /BD experience of 2-4 years, preferably in industrial equipment, capital goods, industrial machinery, or allied sectors.

**Responsibilities**:
Market Outreach and Networking:

- Identify and connect with MEP consultants, electrical contractors, and key influencers involved in greenfield and turnkey industrial projects.
- Build a strong network within the construction, industrial, and warehouse sectors to promote our products.

Product Presentation and Promotion:

- Educate consultants and contractors on how our products can enhance project outcomes for their clients.

Relationship Management:

- Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries, ensuring timely responses and excellent service.

Business Development and Revenue Growth:

- Leverage relationships to generate leads and close sales opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting consultant and contractor recommendations into orders.

Collaboration and Coordination:

- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and installation for clients.

Market Intelligence:

- Stay updated on market trends, project opportunities, and competitor activities in the industry. **Provide feedback to management to refine strategies and product offerings**

**Skills Required**:
Strong networking skills with experience working with MEP consultants, electrical contractors, or similar profiles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. **Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach to work.**:

- Good understanding of greenfield and turnkey project workflows is a plus.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region to meet consultants and contractors.
