**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for operational expenses (Opex) such as office supplies, IT services, facility maintenance, utilities, and AMC contracts.
- Ensure timely procurement of required goods and services while maintaining budget control.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operations.
- Process purchase orders, track deliveries, and resolve any supply-related issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand procurement needs and optimize expenses.
- Maintain procurement records, contracts, and reports for audit and compliance purposes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in procurement, preferably in **Opex categories like facility management, IT infrastructure, and admin services**.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹20,027.55 - ₹30,607.83 per month
