We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented OPEX Controller to join our team in India. This role is pivotal in driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, and optimizing procurement processes for our Supply chain operations focus on EME and India Region. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights, support strategic decision-making, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

**Your Impact**
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly close, partnering closely with accounting for EME sites and share monthly results with Finance partners.
- Prepare monthly commentary to explain variances between actual results and / or budget / forecasts.
- Track headcount on monthly basis and compared to budgeted and forecasted vacancy rates, including trend analysis for key drivers of change. Ensure business owners are executing the budgeted OpEx plan, including tracking actuals, approval of projects & providing direction to business owners
- Develop Opex & Headcount forecasts for designated areas, in partnership purchasing and Logistic budget owners
- Identify risks and opportunities that affect the achievement of these forecasts

**Your Experience and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or procurement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in OneStream and SAP Systems.
- Advanced Microsoft word and Excel skills and experience with data analysis tools.
