**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from our leads list.
- Convert leads into sales by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable packages.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales.
- Follow up with potential customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

**Qualifications**:

- **Fluent in English**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in telesales.
- **Basic Computer Knowledge**: Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- **Long Calling Ability**: Comfortable with making long and frequent calls.
- **Customer Understanding**: Strong aptitude to understand customer needs and suggest appropriate product or services.
- **Sales Skills**: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
