**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential high-net-worth clients from provided databases.
- Generate and qualify leads by understanding client requirements and presenting suitable property options.
- Explain the features and benefits of our luxury real estate projects with clarity and confidence.
- Schedule and confirm site visits or meetings for the field sales team.
- Maintain a detailed and accurate record of all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Graduate in any discipline; a background in sales or marketing is a plus.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in telesales, preferably in the real estate, banking, or insurance sector.
- Exceptional communication and persuasive selling skills.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to handle objections gracefully.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
