he **Front Office cum Billing Executive** is responsible for managing the reception area, handling customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and ensuring seamless billing operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide a pleasant customer experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate with doctors/technicians.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure a welcoming environment.
**Customer Service**:
- Provide information about Hair O Craft’s services, packages, and offers.
- Address customer queries and escalate issues when necessary.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
**Billing & Payment Handling**:
- Generate and process invoices accurately.
- Handle cash, card, and digital payment transactions.
- Maintain daily financial records and prepare billing reports.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for reconciliation of payments.
**Documentation & Reporting**:
- Maintain and update customer records in the system.
- Ensure accurate documentation of service details and transactions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
