**Location**:
- Rudrpaur and Delhi / Ncr
**Responsibilities**:
Backend service support to manage work related to customer service and be a right hand for customer support team for complaint management, warranty certificate preparation, handling customer care calls as and when required.
Complaint registration with brand customer care and follow up from start to end for proper closure of the claim case.
Co-ordination with customers and service centres for appointments, repairs estimates, complaints resolution and follow up with service centres for GST/IGST invoices.
Co-ordination with customers and local electricians for fan installation and air cooler demo appointments, negotiations with local electricians and co-ordination for their payments.
Timely status update of each opened / In process / closed claim case on excel/google sheet where ever required.
To prepare certificates using Admin and B2B Panels as per sales data received from different sources like voucher activation details, excel file, Google sheet etc. and to download certificates from Admin panel and share it with respective sellers.
To handle backend operations, data management, data analysis as per Organisation’s requirements.
To handle customer care number - incoming and outgoing calls in the absence of main team lead.
**Qualification**:
- 12th pass or Diploma or Graduate
**Experience**:
- 3 to 4 Years
