We at Corridor Seven Coffee Roasters endeavours to empower Indian Coffee Farmers with a no middlemen & no negotiation approach - sourcing directly from them. By sourcing the harvest ourselves, we can ensure both the quality of coffee as well as transparency for our customers plus a fair trade price and ethical treatment for the producers.

**JUNIOR COFFEE ROASTER**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Head Roaster in executing daily roasting schedules.
- Operate and monitor roasting equipment under supervision.
- Conduct pre-roast and post-roast quality checks, including moisture readings, color analysis, and physical evaluation.
- Support in sample roasting and test profiling as needed.
- Pack roasted coffee with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the roasting and production areas.
- Manage inventory of green and roasted coffee, packaging materials, and consumables.
- Log and track roast data using designated software or spreadsheets.
- Assist during cupping sessions and provide feedback on roast quality.
- Support equipment maintenance and calibration routines.

**Qualifications**
- Prior experience or formal training in coffee (brewing, barista work, or production) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of specialty coffee and interest in learning roasting principles.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in a coffee roastery, café, or production facility.
- Familiarity with roast logging tools (Cropster, Artisan) is a plus.
- Participation in cuppings or brewing workshops.
