**BARISTA**

**Host/Hostess Job Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks
- including espresso, doppio, caffè latte, cappuccino, pour-over, AeroPress, Chemex, and more-according to established recipes and preparation techniques.
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment by following standard operating procedures, troubleshooting issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring adequate supplies are available.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment by adhering to health and safety guidelines and company policies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by evaluating processes, implementing efficiency changes, and supporting the upkeep and visual appeal of the store and coffee bar.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and client relationship abilities.
- Demonstrated customer focus and action-oriented mindset.
- At least 1 year of experience in a barista or similar customer-facing role

**Education & Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality setting preferred
