**Barista Job Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Coffee Crafting**: Brew and prepare a variety of coffee beverages, ensuring quality and consistency.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional service, engage with customers, and cater to their preferences.
- **Workspace Maintenance**: Keep the coffee station clean, organized, and well-stocked, following health and safety guidelines.
- **Menu Knowledge**: Stay informed about coffee blends, menu items, and seasonal offerings to assist customers effectively.
- **Cash Handling**: Process customer transactions accurately, handle cash responsibly, and manage the point-of-sale system.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- **Training and Development**: Attend and participate in training sessions to enhance coffee knowledge and barista skills.
- **Adaptability**: Handle peak hours and adapt to a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a team-oriented setting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹34,158.98 per month
