**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Partner Relationship Management**: Support the management of relationships with key online retail partners (e.g., Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, AJIO) to drive business growth.
- **Promotional Planning & Sales Growth**: Assist in the planning and execution of promotional activities, ensuring visibility, and supporting strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- **Stock & Product Optimization**: Monitor stock levels, pricing, discounts, and availability of products across multiple online platforms.
- **Coordination with Internal Teams**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, cataloging, finance) to ensure smooth order processing, timely deliveries, and overall operational efficiency.
- **Order Processing & Payments**: Assist in managing the creation of POs, invoicing, follow-ups on payments, and processing returns. Ensure reconciliation of transactions and resolve any discrepancies.
- **Sales Reporting & Analysis**: Prepare regular performance reports and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- **Issue Resolution**: Provide support in resolving partner-related issues and assist in addressing escalations in a timely and efficient manner.
- **Adherence to SLAs**: Ensure compliance with service level agreements, delivery timelines, and quality standards for all online product listings.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- **2-3 years of experience** in **e-commerce operations**, preferably in managing accounts or supporting e-commerce functions.
- Strong understanding of **online retail platforms** (e.g., Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart) and familiarity with tools like **Vendor Central**, **Seller Central**, **Myntra Partner Portal**, etc.
- Proficient in **Excel** and reporting tools to generate and interpret sales data.
- Strong **communication** and **organizational skills**, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build and maintain **positive relationships** with internal teams and external partners.
