**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Onboard and manage a set of accounts end to end for Amazon’s global marketplaces
- Understand seller business and objectives
- Help sellers adopt Amazon tools such as FBA, SP etc.
- Track and monitor performance and sales of managed accounts to ensure their success on the online business platform
- Manage client relationship and provide best in class seller experience

**Work Experience Relevant**:

- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in sales/account management
- Experience in an analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction
- Experience working with SME retailers is an advantage.
- Deep understanding of the retail and wholesale landscape in India with prior interactions with sellers and distributors is desirable

**Preferred**:

- Experience working with SME retailers.
- Experience with e-commerce and/or digital marketing.
- Experience in selling nascent (embryonic/start-up) products/services.
- Experience in managing portfolio of products/services.

**Key skills & Abilities**
- Experience in an analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction
- Proven ability to manage the business “by the numbers”. Must be metrics-driven.
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.
- Deep understanding of the retail and wholesale landscape in India with prior interactions with sellers and distributors are desirable.
- Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment. Personal attributes and competencies:
