E-commerce Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated E-commerce Executive to assist in the management and growth of our online sales platform. The E-commerce Executive will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of our e-commerce operations, including product listings, order fulfillment, customer service, and sales strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Product Management: Manage product listings on the e-commerce platform, ensuring accurate product information, images, and pricing.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the purchasing department to replenish stock as needed.

Optimize product pages for search engines to improve visibility.

2. Order Fulfillment: Process and fulfill customer orders, ensuring accurate and on-time delivery. Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with the company's policies.

Work with the logistics team to streamline shipping and delivery processes.

3. Customer Service:
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a professional and timely manner.

4. Sales Strategy: Assist in the development and execution of e-commerce sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets. Monitor sales data and analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

5. Website Management: Maintain and update the e-commerce website, ensuring it is user-friendly, functional, and up to date. Collaborate with the IT or web development team to implement improvements and enhancements.

7. Analytics and Reporting: Collect and analyze e-commerce data to measure performance, identify areas for improvement, and report on key metrics.
- Handle customer inquiries/complaints, payments and service requests
- Creating reports on customer inquiries to find root cause
- Representation of trend based on Customer vs. Associate chosen issue codes
- Providing training for new recruits on-floor
- Co-coordinating with team
- Providing pre and post shipment status
- Checking stocks for multiple categories
- Taking care of pre-ship fulfillment and locate resources for resolution
- Resolving issues with FCR

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, order processing, and customer service.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and SEO strategies.
- Proficiency in e-commerce software and tools (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks.

Additional Information:
This position may require occasional evening/weekend work, particularly during sales events or peak periods.

The E-commerce Executive will report to the [E-commerce Manager/Director of E-commerce] and work closely with various departments, including marketing, logistics, and IT.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
