**Job Location - No. 40, 2nd floor, Sundar Industrial Estate, N.T.Y Layout, Mysore Road, Bangalore - 560026.**

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- **E-Commerce Strategy**:

- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive sales and achieve business goals.
- Identify and explore new opportunities for online sales channels.
- **Website Management**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website.
- Ensure product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines.
- **Customer Experience**:

- Optimize the online customer journey to enhance user experience.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews and inquiries.
- **Digital Marketing**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute online marketing campaigns.
- Utilize social media and other digital channels to promote products and engage with customers.
- **Sales Analysis**:

- Analyze e-commerce sales data to identify trends, customer behavior, and opportunities for improvement.
- Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to online sales.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Implement strategies to minimize overstock and stockouts.

**What we Expect**
- Proven experience in e-commerce, preferably in a similar executive role.
- Strong understanding of online marketing and e-commerce trends.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, content management systems, and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
