LifeKrafts ( Color Myles) builds India's leading home safety & comfort products—magnetic mosquito nets, AC thermal curtains, anti-fatigue mats, jute pouches, baby nets and more—sold across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Zepto, and our Shopify store.
Role Summary
Own day-to-day marketplace and| or Shopify operations—listings, catalog hygiene, order dispatch, returns/RTO tracking, inventory coordination, basic ad optimizations, and weekly reporting. You'll be the "control tower" ensuring products are discoverable, orders ship on time, and metrics steadily improve.
Key Responsibilities
1) Marketplace Operations (Amazon/Flipkart/Meesho/Zepto)
- Create & maintain listings (titles, bullets, images, variations, attributes, keywords).
- Monitor catalog health: suppressions, QC errors, buy box, pricing parity, category compliance.
- Manage FBA/FC shipments & inwarding; track ASN, MTR, slot booking, reconciliations.
- Daily order flow: pick/pack/ship coordination, labels, courier exceptions, on-time dispatch.
- Returns, RTO & replacements: root-cause analysis, claims filing, prevention actions.
2) D2C (Shopify)
- Update product pages, collections, banners, size charts, UGC reviews.
- Coordinate basic promotions, coupons, and homepage merchandising.
3) Ads & Growth Support
- Support sponsored ads setup (Amazon Ads, Flipkart ads, Zepto media): keyword hygiene, negative keywords, budgets & bids.
- Track ACOS/TACOS/ROAS; flag opportunities and underperformers.
4) Customer Experience
- Triage tickets/WhatsApp queries with clear SLAs; coordinate replacements/parts.
- Capture VOC insights to improve listings, sizing guides, packaging, and FAQs.
5) Inventory & Reconciliation
- Maintain SKU-wise stock reports; alert low-stock & fast movers.
- Assist in fee, weight-handling, and payment reconciliation; raise tickets for overcharges.
6) Reporting
- Daily/weekly dashboards: sales, units, returns, ad spend, OTD, cancellation & RTO%.
- Competitor tracking: price, content, ratings, new launches.
Must-Have Skills
- Hands-on with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho, Shopify.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF/IFS, COUNTIFS, Pivot).
- Understanding of marketplace fees, FC workflows, returns/RTO flows, and basic ads metrics (ACOS/TACOS).
- Detail orientation, ownership mindset, and clear written English.
Nice-to-Have
- Basic Canva/Photoshop for quick image/copy tweaks.
- Experience with Unicommerce/Vinculum/Shiprocket, Brevo/Interakt, Power BI/Looker Studio.
- Knowledge of home/furnishings category and custom-size workflows.
KPIs You'll Own/Influence
- On-time dispatch rate & cancellation rate
- Listing health score (active % / suppressed %)
- Return & RTO% reduction; claim recovery rate
- ACOS/TACOS, ROAS (with the ads team)
- Seller ratings & review velocity
- Inventory accuracy, stock-outs, and FC receivables
- Contribution to weekly revenue targets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Commerce/Business/Engineering preferred).
- 1–3 years in e-commerce ops or marketplace management (internships count).
- Comfortable with fast-moving, multi-SKU D2C environments.
