People Operations Partner

**Responsibilities**:
**Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions, and organizational changes.**

Process employee leave requests, ensure proper documentation, and keep track of leave balances.

**Respond to employee inquiries about HR policies, payroll, benefits, and other HR-related topics.**

Guide employees and managers on HR operational processes and escalate more complex issues when necessary.

**Develop and maintain HR documentation, including policies, procedures, and employee handbooks**.

Provide training to employees and managers on HR systems and operational processes **.**

**Stay updated on legal changes and implement updates to ensure ongoing compliance.**

Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual work **.**

**Identify bottlenecks in current processes and suggest improvements to enhance employee experience.**

**Required Qualification**

At least 3 years of work experience either in HR Operations, Employee Relations, **Talent Management or similar**
Prior experience in delivering training and supporting organizational development initiatives.
**Excellent communication skills coupled with strong presentation skills**

**General Requirements**

**Ability to think critically and make independent decisions.**
Interpersonal skills to enable working in a diverse and dynamic team.
**Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.**
Writing and delivering technical documents and briefings.
**Verbal and written communication skills, as well as organizational skills.**
Travel occasionally as necessary.
