Chief Operating Officer ( Auto-Ancillary)

The Group is a diversified group, its automotive business spreads across leading auto-OEMs. One of the group company needs a COO for heading the business.
Management has ambitious plans on anvil for growing the company thru aggressive acquisition of new business. The order book is quite healthy.
The position is based at Gurgaon and reports to Group MD. The KRAs for the position include:
Managing expectations of all stakeholders including customers.
- Business strategy & planning
- P&L Management
- Plant Operations including New Projects & New Programs
- Supporting New Business Development
- Overseas & Indian OEMs
- Logistics / Supply Chain Management
- Product Engineering & VE
- All Compliances etc.
- Work experience/competencies desired:

- Analytical, Problem solving, troubleshooting & planning expertise
- Team builder & high degree of ethics and integrity
- Top notch customer-centricity
- Very high business acumen

This is top management cadre position and offers excellent opportunities for horizontal & vertical career-growth. The compensation is negotiable. The incumbent needs to be a strategic planner as well as an astute executioner, 100% result-centric, highly matured & top notch on people management. This position forms part of strategic think-tank.
