**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Chief of Staff to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting the company's leadership. The Chief of Staff will work closely with the CEO and other key executives to ensure seamless operations, effective communication, and strategic planning. This role requires a combination of project management, executive support, and leadership skills, making it an ideal position for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for the events industry.

**Key Responsibilities-**

**Executive Support**:

- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and other executives.
- Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports.

**Strategic Planning**:

- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
- Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making.
- Drive special projects and initiatives as assigned.

**Operational Excellence**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency.
- Work closely with department heads to streamline processes and workflows.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration across teams.

**Event Planning and Coordination**:

- Assist in the planning and execution of key events, working closely with event managers.
- Coordinate logistics, timelines, and resources to ensure successful events.
- Act as a liaison between the leadership team and event planning teams.

**Communication and Relationship Management**:

- Manage internal and external communications, ensuring consistency and alignment with company goals.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
- Represent the company professionally in various settings.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to drive initiatives to completion.
- Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:
