We’re looking for a **motivated and sharp Meta Ads Intern** to support our growth by contributing to ad management, strategy, and performance optimization.

**What You’ll Do**

As a Meta Ads Intern, you’ll work closely with our performance marketing team to assist in campaign creation, analysis, and strategic execution.

**Meta Ads Support & Learning**
- Assist in setting up and managing Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns
- Learn how to plan full-funnel strategies for different customer segments
- Help test different creatives, copy, and audiences to improve performance
- Monitor ad metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM) and learn how to interpret and optimize them
- Collaborate with the creative and product teams to coordinate ad assets and promotions

**Performance & Optimization Tasks**
- Support in tracking daily campaign performance and reporting insights
- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve Average Order Value (AOV)
- Learn techniques to reduce RTO (Return to Origin) through targeting and messaging
- Help analyze funnel drop-offs and explore solutions to improve conversions

**Product & Brand Involvement**
- Help analyze top-performing products and understand data-driven decision-making
- Contribute ideas for improving brand storytelling across paid media
- Participate in brainstorming and feedback sessions on creative strategy
- Learn how to use customer behavior data to inform campaign direction

**What We’re Looking For**
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and digital marketing
- Eagerness to learn about eCommerce, paid media, and funnel optimization
- Strong interest in analytics, performance marketing, and consumer psychology
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks

**Bonus if You Have**
- Experience with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms
- Exposure to Indian eComm tools like Delhivery or Shiprocket
- Interest in performance creatives like UGC, testimonials, or viral-style ads
- Coursework or self-study in marketing, advertising, or digital analytics
