About the Role
We’re looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer (Meta Ads Specialist) with 4–5 years of proven experience in scaling ROI-focused campaigns. The ideal candidate has a strong performance marketing mindset, hands-on expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and a track record of building high-converting creatives and landing pages.
What You’ll Do
• Plan, launch, and optimize performance-driven campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Audience Network.
• Build and refine high-converting creatives and landing pages to maximize CTR, leads, and sales.
• Own budgets and bidding strategies to deliver strong ROI/ROAS.
• Conduct A/B tests on ads, creatives, audiences, and funnels.
• Ensure accurate tracking via Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and Events Manager.
• Monitor KPIs (CPA, CTR, ROAS, LTV) and present data-backed insights.
• Stay updated with Meta Ads trends, algorithms, and competitor benchmarks.
What We’re Looking For
• 4–5 years of hands-on experience as a Meta Ads Marketer / Performance Marketer.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable ROI through creative strategies and landing page optimization.
• Strong expertise in Business Manager, Ads Manager & Events Manager.
• Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, creative, and communication skills.
• Meta Blueprint certification is a plus.
