About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Meta Ads Specialist with proven experience in lead generation and eCommerce advertising. The ideal candidate will have a background in working with digital marketing agencies and managing international clients. You will be responsible for strategizing, implementing, and optimizing campaigns to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage high-performing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns for lead generation and eCommerce clients.
  • Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns to meet ROI and KPI targets.
  • Conduct detailed audience research and A/B testing for maximum efficiency.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop ad creatives and copy that resonate with the target audience.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to internal teams and clients.
  • Stay updated with Meta platform changes, advertising policies, and industry trends.
  • Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in Meta ads management.
  • Proven track record in lead generation and eCommerce advertising.
  • Prior experience in digital marketing agencies (mandatory) .
  • Experience handling international clients and multi-market campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and analytics tools.
  • Understanding of creative best practices for Meta ads.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Candidates based in Delhi will be given preference.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proactive problem solver with attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
