Job Description:

  1. Campaign Strategy & Setup

* Understand client goals and create performance-driven ad strategies on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and LinkedIn.

* Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword targeting.

* Set up campaigns (awareness, lead generation, conversions, remarketing) with proper structure and tracking.

  1. Ad Management & Optimization

* Monitor campaign performance daily and ensure ads deliver within KPIs (CPC, CTR, CPL, ROAS).

* Continuously optimize creatives, targeting, placements, and bidding strategies.

* Run A/B tests on ad copies, creatives, and audiences to improve performance.

  1. *Analytics & Reporting*

* Track conversions using Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and Google Tag Manager.

* Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

* Provide clear recommendations for scaling or refining campaigns.

  1. *Collaboration & Communication*

* Work closely with the internal team for creative briefs, ad copies, and landing page optimization.

* Proactively communicate campaign updates, performance issues, and suggestions.

  1. *Budget & ROI Management*

* Allocate and manage ad spends effectively to maximize ROI.

* Ensure campaigns stay within budget and deliver targeted results.

* Knowledge of *lead generation funnels* and *retargeting strategies*.
