**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**JOB TITLE**:
**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Calculate dividends and create payment methods.
- Establish a collaborative relationship with the clients from various sources such as networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Distribute policy proceeds after a claim is submitted and approved.
- Recommend risk management strategies that fit clients personal risk profiles.
- Complete administrative tasks including maintaining records and handling policy renewal.
- Track insurance claims to ensure client and company satisfaction.
- Describe the advantage and disadvantage of different policies to promote the sale of insurance plans.
- Create and implement marketing strategies to compete with other individuals or insurance companies.
- Respond to client’s insurance related questions and issues.

**SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- Effective communication skills in English and Hindi language.
- Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills.
- Ability to work well in a team.In depth knowledge of the different types of insurance plans including vehicle, home, and business.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.Proficient in computers and statistical analysis software. growth and preserve and augment our company’s prestige.

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
